Born in 1994 in Rotterdam, Netherlands, at the age of 5, she made her debut in South Korea as a soloist in Haydn’s Piano Concerto in C major. At the age of 6, she entered the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, guided by Marlies van Gent, and performed with various orchestras in England, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and Italy. She studied under the guidance of M. Franco Scala at the International Piano Academy “Incontri col Maestro,” where she graduated in 2017.


In 2000, she won first prize at the Dutch International Steinway & Sons Piano Competition, the EPTA International Piano Competition in Belgium, and the Maria Campina International Piano Competition in Portugal. She also won first prizes at the Princess Christina Competition and the Stichting Jong Muziektalent Competition in the Netherlands. At the age of 15, she won first prize in the advanced category of the International Steinway & Sons Piano Competition and was chosen to represent the Netherlands at the International Steinway & Sons Festival, performing a concert at the Laeiszhalle in Hamburg.


She has performed for the Dutch Royal Family and in 2013, she held a concert at the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna for Aung San Suu Kyi, Nobel Peace Prize laureate, during the honorary degree ceremony. In 2014, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the International Piano Academy “Incontri col Maestro” in Imola, she performed Haydn’s Concerto in D major under the direction of Vladimir Ashkenazy. In 2015, she participated in the MITO Festival with a recital dedicated to Johannes Brahms and took part in several editions of Elisabetta Sgarbi’s “La Milanesiana” festival, with concerts dedicated to the relationship between music, literature, and figurative arts.


In 2017, she recorded Bach’s Goldberg Variations (re-recorded in 2019 for the Foné label) after performing them in various venues, including the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza. She held a recital in the Sala Verdi of the Milan Conservatory for the presentation of the 2018 season of the Società dei Concerti, performing J.S. Bach’s Aria variata ‘alla maniera Italiana’ BWV 989, Beethoven’s “Eroica” Variations, and Brahms’ Variations on a Theme by Händel.


In 2018, she was appointed a “Bösendorfer Artist” in Vienna. She performed Chopin’s First Concerto in the piano and string quintet edition, accompanied by members of the Teatro alla Scala, at the Mediobanca Hall in Milan and, in the presence of the President of the Republic, at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Malta.


At the invitation of Sir András Schiff, she performed at the Klavier Festival Ruhr and participated in the “Building Bridges” project during the 2020/2021 season in various European venues, including De Singel in Antwerp, Beethoven-Haus in Bonn, and the Konzerthaus in Berlin.


In 2021, on the occasion of the inauguration of the Teatro Coccia in Novara, she performed Saint-Saëns’ Concerto No. 5 “Egyptian” with the National Symphony Orchestra of RAI. In October 2022, she performed again with the Rai Orchestra, conducted by Fabio Luisi, playing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 1 in Ferrara. Subsequently, on December 31, 2022, she reinterpreted the same concerto at the Royal Opera House in Muscat, Oman, accompanied by the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jan Latham-Koenig.
